Mrs. Nuntawan Sakuntanaga, Chairman of GIT Board of Executive Directors and executives recently attended meetings with senior executives of organizations and associations in gem and jewelry industry in Shenzhen and Guangzhou, China and Hong Kong which are the important gem and jewelry trading cities namely; Shenzhen Gold Jewelry Association, Guangdong Gems & Jade Exchange (GDGJE), HK Jewellery & Jade Manufacturers Association (HKJJA), Gemological Association of Hong Kong (GAHK) and Hong Kong Jewelry Manufacturer's Association. (HKJMA) between June 30 – July 4, 2023.

The objectives of the visit are to seek for collaborations to mutually drive gem and jewelry trade between Thailand and China and also to invite key buyers to attend the 68th Bangkok Gems and Jewelry Fair organized by Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) and GIT on 6-10 September 2023 at QSNCC and International Chanthaburi Gems and Jewelry Festival 2023 on 7-11 December 2023 in Chanthaburi Province, Thailand.
